The area covered is valuable Green Belt land that adds much value to the local area. Residents appreciate the green areas and the separation that is provided between the towns of Leamington and Kenilworth. developing here would greatly reduce local biodiversity. The infrastructure, especially roads and schools, are already stretched in this area.
