Including land at Hatton in the plan goes against the core principle of "protecting our heritage and cultural assets". The Government describes the purpose of Green Belt as "preserving the setting and special character of historic towns". Warwick prides itself on its history, and building so many houses on this land would be devastating to the character and setting. You argue that your strategic objective is to connect people to places, yet you haven't considered the infrastructure - the roads surrounding this area are unable to cope with the current volume of traffic.
