- No plans for infrastructure the roads & back roads are already poorly managed, how will they cope with 1000s more vehicles, road & infrastructure upgrades will be required
- Additional flooding risk on roads due to less drainage, which we already see even with fields to drain off rain water
- No plans for Doctors, Chemist or Schooling to absorb the 1000s more people
- Not opposed to new housing / affordable housing to enable and stimulate growth, Facts are it needs the infrastructure now or during build to allow growth without creating issues as noted above
