Loss of wildlife - previous housing development Aylesbury Park already destroyed habitat enjoyed by wildlife
Currently used for agricultural production
No facilities for schools and GPs
Inadequate narrow footpath on Aylesbury Road which is dangerous
Inadequate lighting on Aylesbury Road
Increased traffic on what is an already busy country road with constant speeding traffic.
Proposed area includes a natural lake, building over would create a flood plain
Area is currently subject to flooding.
Proposed development will not be affordable housing ie £250k
