SG17 proposal isn't sustainable, suitable or in right location. Increased rainfall & recent housing causing huge flooding issues on land & Barcheston & Honington (grade 1 listed) bridges, both single lane with unsafe cycle /pedestrian crossing, which have to close during flooding. Sewage works are over full capacity with sewage ending up in gardens. Both villages are of ancient heritage, undeveloped since middle ages. Location in agricultural productive farmland away from facilities, unconnected to Shipston plus overlooked by and within 3KM of CNL/ANOB. Already heavily congested parking & traffic in town. Poor infrastructure, which would not support plus 50% population.
