Key issues: repeated heavy flooding regularly through winter causing houses to flood even on new development & bridges to close. No rail links, poor bus service. Employment rates dropping in Shipston, people travel distances over the Warwickshire border to find work. Infrastructure inadequate for existing town, sewage treatment plants failing with sewage in gardens, no 6th form school, limited struggling medical facilities, single track roads and single track bridges. No growth space in town to accommodate added retail, there's no green spaces, parking at capacity. Oneway system in town gets gridlocked already. Loss of productive farmland. Within 3km from CNL
