You would be turning a village into a town without additional infrastructure, such as schools, GPs, Greenland, parks etc. school places are already massively over subscribed. Green Space and biodiversity would be massively impacted. House prices in the area would be impacted and air pollution increased with traffic congestion which is already an issue in the area including flooding. Water & waste infrastructure isn’t available given population growth via STW. How are you going to protect public right of ways and green spaces? Nothing has been considered in the plans to protect wildlife, biodiversity and public health and welfare!
