Spring lane is too dangerous to add an influx of vehicles turning in and out of. It’s narrow with blind bends. The new homes would have a lot of noise from the motorway.
There aren’t sufficient school places for primary or secondary children.
Not sufficient health care as we do not have a doctors surgery.
Removal of wildlife, especially bats which roost on spring lane.
