The site SG24 has not been considered fully. Increased flooding risk, lack of amenities that are supported by the Warwickshire council. There is a very obvious lack of consideration for the village and those around it.
This would push the size of the population up by 7x or more.
This will impact the resources of the surrounding villages in Solihull and will therefore Warwick be offering any investment into them as each already has there own plans of increased housing and therefore already a lack of facilities.

The main consideration for me is the serious flooding increase this will cause.
