Not enough facilities in the town ie. Schools are full, medical centre is snowed under with patients already, no hospital. No supermarket. River floods often, increased housing will cause more flooding, river floods blocking the bridge and causing access issues in and out of town. Additional housing is a bad idea for this small market town.
