I strongly object to this development. All of these houses would have to share the B roads surrounding the development in order to access the A46 or M40. The pollution is already terrible because of the congestion and this will only get worse. It terms of other transport- Warwick Parkway would struggle with this demand let alone Hatton train station which is located off a small bridge which seems ludicrous. Furthermore this is an area rich in farming and wildlife. Both of which we rely on for our future. Far more than houses I’m not convinced there’s a need for.
