I agree but it does not match action. Alternative transport needs traffic calming and end to end cycle routes, there are none in Stratford upon Avon and none across the river. A cycle route which has a sign 'cyclists dismount' is not a cycle route. No new development should be built without electric car points for each house. Electric bikes are not bikes and should be discouraged. Insurers will not insure bikes in communal cycle bays developers illustrate. No cycle route reaches bridge street from the edge of town. Routes provided fail to follow national guidance. I never drive.
