I object to this area being used for growth for the following reasons:
Flood risk (to new and exisiting properties)
Too much more housing in this area will fundamentally change the character of Wellesbourne
Pressure on local services, espcially dentist and both primary and secondary schools in the area
Traffic levels on A429, especially taking into account the planned gravel works at Wasperton and the Wellesbourne market traffic
The nearest local shopping town of Stratford is also not large enough to deal with expansion in this area, especially given the number of accidents on the B4086 at Hunscote Farm
