Site ref 266, land to rear of Ashmead House, Long Marston. This paddock has been the subject of past planning applications and appeal. Development of this plot is contrary to the Long Marston Neighbourhood Plan policy L&E 5 (Local Gap).
The HELAA assement says that it is deliverable. This is a very contenious issue as the proposed access to the site is not in the ownership of the applicant. Various highways access proposals have been put forward during planning applications without agreement from other parties who have an interest in this strip of land.
