I consider that the conditions to build on the green belt at LS02 and LS03 have not been met.
• it would have a significant adverse impact on the openness of the area and character and appearance of the area
• It provided a valuable green lung to the access other areas of rural Warwickshire
• It prevents the coalescence of Milverton into Leamington Spa.
• The area provides valuable arable farmland which contribute to food security

There is no sustainable merit in adopting land north of Leamington SG06 LS02/LS03 as it does not provide a clear sustainable neighborhood opportunity.
