Facilities in the village of Wellesbourne over subscribed. Schools, Doctors etc
Traffic, gridlocked most weekends in and around the village
Flooding, one of the sites in Wellesbourne is on the side of the river risk of more flooding to village houses.
All these houses are sold at prices not affordable to local villagers.
