By adopting a new settlement strategy, the historic nature of Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford Towns would be retained.
It would also deliver the opportunity:
– to meet differing housing needs as part of a wider community.
– offer a broader range of housing including the provision of affordable housing for different life stage groups compared to small and medium scale urban development.
– Deliver opportunity to deliver housing alongside employment opportunities.
– Can deliver new services including primary and secondary schools, local retail and medical services to support the emerging new settlement population
