The parcel of land at Blackdown contributes greatly to the openness of the greenbelt: crossed by popular public footpath, accessible on foot to built up area of Leamington/ wonderful views across to St Mary's/ well defined edge of Leicester Lane from which the view was commended by council's joint study as "a prime example of Arden character parkland".
Would exacerbate the damage nearby HS2 has already caused to biodiversity/greenbelt
