Completely opposed to ref B1 plans for development In Hatton. Local facilities would be completely overwhelmed, schools, Doctors, Hospitals significantly overcrowded.

An already exceptionally busy road (Birmingham Rd) would become simply unsafe and unmanageable.

The impact on the local environment in a landscape currently susceptible to flooding would significant heighten this risk through the removal of farmland.

This area has already seen development from the Taylor Wimpey estate and further development is changing the infrastructure in the local area at a reckless speed by local developers not yet seeing the impact of housing already in place.
