The provision of transport infrastructure, particularly active travel and public transport (rail & bus), is vital for the planned growth in housing and population in South Warwickshire. Considering how long transport schemes seem to take to be designed, funded and implemented in this country now, I suspect this provision will need to be maintained for many years.
