The plan as stated makes insufficient assessment of the reality of car ownership in an essentially rural area in relation to the practical demands of providing a viable public transport network. Warwickshire villages would require a significant increase in the provision of bus routes, frequency and costings if the aim of reducing car usage is to be achieved. There is not sufficient detail to indicate whether this aspirational statement is realistic
