This land is too close to the Gaydon Lighthorne Heath development, over developing an area of countryside without easy access to rail links. This causes significant harm to the character of the landscape. This area is farmland and green belt and should not be built upon. There is also a significant lack of amenities to support such a development and they often get missed out when land is developed in spite of plans to the contrary - there are no shops, secondary school, or doctor's surgeries to support such a development.
