Hatton seems like a sensible choice BUT it is vital that all the concerns about infrastructure are addressed. It would be sheer stupidity to assume that people will use sustainable transport just because it is available. Please address access to the A46 and the M40 - e.g. by road widening - BEFORE the site is developed not after. Also a robust Environmental assessment needs to be done at the outset, to ensure that delays and additional expense are not occurred later in the process, as has happened with HS2.
