Land Temple Grafton New Road and Golden Cross.
The land at TG is a surface water flood area, building will make it worse for those living here.
There is little to no infrastructure, sewerage, gas etc.
There is no proper bus service and no shops.
The land is farmed and needed for supplying this country in the future.
The local roads are too small for any more traffic or busses.
The local road junctions onto the A46 and B439 are already almost unusable in rush hour and have had several fatalities in recent years and many accidents.
