I have lived in this area all my life so far and I am Against this proposal for the large scale development due to #1 destruction of green belt land, Which is mainly Agricultural. #2 Road infrastructure can not handle the existing Growth of surrounding area, Let alone the addition of over 6700 extra homes on top of the existing planning in the area. #3 decimation of quiet countryside. #4 Not much Employment opportunities in the area other than commuting substantial distance. Just a few of my problems with the proposed development.
