Considering most of large employers in the Warwick area are based south of the town I can’t except that building 8000 houses north of the A46 and Warwick town centre is the solution to the housing shortage in Warwickshire.
The infrastructure just wouldn’t cope with this amount of growth and the cost to build such an infrastructure doesn’t make this area viable. The local council and developers should be looking to build a new community area south of the town to reduce huge traffic problems.
