I strongly disagree with the plans to build 1600 homes on shipston on stour, these homes will come with zero added infrastructure and shipston on stour is already struggling. All the homes already built also came with zero upgrades to infrastructure. Also you have already developed the landscape on three sides of shipston, developing the last area the other side of the river will remove the last pleasant walk out of shipston which will be to the detriment of the mental health of the community. This is also a known flood area which will cause a deluge further down river.
