Limited amenities to support this - No mains sewage or gas to the village already. No shop, school or bus service.
Access is difficult with single lane roads. Increasing by 10 properties, with the associated increase in cars (essential as lack of bus service) will put more pressure on this.
Further erosion of green belt and agricultural land already effected by HS2 and Kenilworth Gate development.
Extensive local development (Kenilworth Gate) already underway increasing local housing supply.
