I understand and accept the need for additional housing capacity in the Stratford upon Avon area. I am not against the proposed development area, but my concerns are around the provision of infrastructure as most is at its limit in this area, specifically transport (A46 needs to be dual carriageway to M40 and need developer funded rail shuttle to Stratford to ease road traffic), medical, education and small commercial. All of this infrastructureust have high levels of developer funding and be build prior to housing if the proposal is to stand any chance of gaining local support.
