Justification:
1. Environment: loss of green belt; loss of habitat; loss of green space.
2. Infrastructure: Birmingham Road already at capacity and could not cope with considerable increase in traffic (as was proved by recent gridlocks caused by Union View, a development diminutive in scale by comparison to B1.
3. Urban sprawl: combined with SG07, feels like Warwick would spill over and into Hatton.
4. Loss of agricultural land and farming livelihoods.
5. Hatton would cease to be 'a great place to live'.
