Site SG06 is not a sustainable site as it is not a 10 minute walk to local services including the train station and local shops including supermarkets. For this one must get in a car and drive making the already congested town of Leamington spa already more congested. A park and ride will not alleviate the necessity to leave the car at home and take public transport.
Lets also not forget that this is green belt land – the land next to old Milverton lane / sandy lane is farmed and used for food.
