There are multiple reasons that thus proposal should be rejected. The roads are unsafe already with many collisions and fatalities over years, adding to this is dangerous. The area floods constantly and sewerage system cannot cope now. Wildlife has just started yo flourish and personally need this to remain for my mental health. I rely on being able to get to nature. There are better locations and would not benefit village or local people
