Too close to WCC public country park at Burton Dassett. Upland views of rural countryside are valuable public assets. The proposal is on valued prehistoric settlement assets including historic salt Road. (See Historic England's submissions on Knightcote Road solar array). Area described as remote in quality. (Warwickshire Landscape Guidelines). Area is generaly wetland being the headwater land to River Itchin. Standing water in winter. The historic settlement of Knightcote (Chapellry to Burton Dassett) would be severely subjugated by a brand new settlement.
