This area is suitable for expansion as it has a train station and is only a short distance to the A46, linking to the M40, M42 and M6, ideal for commuting. Hatton already has a large housing estate and to expand this would have less impact on the public's enjoyment of the green belt, particularly behind Hatton village towards Kenilworth which is predominately large open arable field.
