The Green Belt review carried out by engineers (Arup) is fundamentally flawed. They were also not qualified to carry out the review.
Farmland is high quality agricultural farmland
This has already been rejected by the Planning Inspector in 2017
Relevant case law has not been considered
the site contributes to the overriding principles.
