A concerning situation arises when new developments are planned for Greenland without addressing the abandoned buildings first. It's troubling that private landowners aren’t allowed to build even one house, yet 6,800 new homes are permitted. Each year, more houses are being flooded in Stratford, and we are left wondering: where will we grow food? What about the traffic, especially with the addition of more hotels? This raises serious questions about the sustainability of such development.
