Building a large settlement next to wilmcote will destroy the village and reasons to live here. We moved here from a big town and would not look to buy near the village if this settlement was agreed. Short term and long term noise pollution, destroying the village style atmosphere, destroying local countryside and rural walks, light pollution ruining the night sky views are just a few things to mention. We are the typical “first time buyer new build” customer and we would hate this type of new build estate next to our village.
