The amount of development being proposed will fundamentally change the character of stratford which is a historic town. Building this many houses will put further pressure on the roads, infrastructure and environmental impact , schools and gp facilities where getting appointments is already difficult. This will put a huge amount t of pressure on Birmingham road into Stratford which is already struggling with the volume of traffic. The historic building of new estates has provided zero additional facilities or infrastructure. The approach is destroying communities and building x20 more homes than those that exist will devastate existing communities
