The location is not supported sufficiently by transport links, forcing more traffic through a small town who drives attention from their quaint appeal, traffic flow through Warwick is congested even at present. The A46, specifically the Long Bridge roundabout with its recent upgrades does not support the level of traffic entering it at present, this site will drive even more. It is a semi-rural location without transport links or walk-able amenities. Could we consider a report of the former IBM Site, it's attraction to businesses and how fast it let, if at all before weight is given to this area?
