The SWLP Plan has capacity for enough homes without building on green belt land.
It is not lawful to build on green belt land if capacity can be met elsewhere.
SG06 is not a ‘sustainable location’. It is a 30 minute walk to Leamington train station from the closest point and a one hour walk from the furthest.
The public footpaths are used and enjoyed by thousands of local residents and visitors.
The area provides habitat for wildlife and plant species as per my comments
