I oppose the proposed development on the grounds of
1. A3400 at capacity and not possible to widen from Bearley to Henley creating bottle neck and pushing traffic onto minor village roads
2. A3400 junction at Salters Lane already dangerous
3. Significant surface flooding on Salters Lane and A3400 at Bearley Cross would be made much worse
4. Currently commute children to school and to work via bicycle crossing A3400 which will be dangerous and volume on small roads will make this unsafe
5. Loss of biodiversity - we regularly see woodpeckers,
Buzzards, and evidence of badgers on our land
