6800 new homes, average of 3 people per house = 20,400 people, 13,600 cars (2 per household). Stratford is already at 30,495! Loss of farmland, destruction of the greenbelt, impact on protected trees, woods, animals, freedom of movement by animals.
Bearley already floods, how would this be addressed? Birmingham road is already a nightmare to navigate, additional cars would make it impossible to get into Stratford. Schools, GPs, Hospitals, Police, fire, lesiure facilities - a struggling infrastructure won't stand a chance. Crime would increase, I worry for my children's future here in Bearley.
