ID14 - the land is adjacent to the existing settlement and although currently green belt there is housing a few metres to the north-west, Node Hill House. Even if SG22 doesn't get approved, this land is suitable for a small development.
Once used for hay the yield was poor so it is not good agricultural land.
The HELAA results underline the proximity to schools and health facilities.
The adjacent highway provides easy commuter travelling to Redditch and Birmingham to the north west, and Stratford and Coventry travelling south-east.
