I strongly object to the proposed large housing development in Bearley. The village is a small rural community surrounded by open countryside, which would be irreversibly damaged by such expansion. Bearley lacks the infrastructure to support large-scale growth, putting pressure on roads, schools, and healthcare. Increased car dependency would worsen congestion and emissions, contradicting sustainability goals. This development threatens the character of the village and the surrounding countryside. Growth should be directed to areas with the infrastructure to support it, not rural communities like Bearley.

I urge you to reconsider this proposal.
