The land A1 is unobstructed rolling greenbelt with wild ponds, birds and deer frequenting the area. The proposed area leads into a valley with a stream running through, so would be a future flood risk for new housing. This area has recently been planted with trees to recreate the forest of Adren. There are plenty of grey belt areas that can be used without destroying the small amount of green belt remaining in this country.
