SG05 would make the already busy roads and areas unbearable for residents and would remove some of the lovely greenbelt and agricultural land which was one of the big draws for moving here. The local infrastructure cannot cope with several thousand more houses and Offchurch would be even more vulnerable to flooding from all the houses built removing natural drainage
