1. Area along A3400 ( Bearley to Wilmcote ) regularly floods, housing will only make this worse.
2. Loss of much needed green belt.
3. Road infrastructure is inadequate with regular traffic queues into Stratford.
4. Wilmcote station wholly inadequate as no parking and railway and canal bridges are collapsing.
5. Increased traffic experienced already due to Bishopton Lane developments.
6. Wilmcote roads are not built for extra traffic i.e. by the school/church/station.
7. The importance of Mary Arden's Farm culturally being in a village location.
8. Local sewerage provision already inadequate and flowing into local rivers.
