-A34 already congested most days into Stratford
-Wilmcote station has no parking and bridge is under investigation as it is collapsing
- Present sewerage works not coping with regular overflows
-Wilmcote existing village roads totally inadequate to cope with increased traffic
-Wilmcote School parking makes the road very difficult to pass with very little pedestrian pavement
-Mary Ardens Farm cultural importance to Stratford will be affected by pollution and its appeal is being in a village location which will be lost to a large conurbation.
-Increased speeding traffic already experienced through the village by recent developments in Bishopton
