bat flight path, newts, sparrows and hedegerows (as per the Warwick District Council Biodiversity Action Programme and 27 protected species).Numerous old oak trees. Daily used for walking/exercise, lots of free walks - on the edge of socially deprived area, Physical and mental health. Green belt - unique to Warks and needs protecting. Will join Lillington/Cubbington, 2 separate distinct areas. No infrastructure, one main road already clogged into South of town to supermarkets etc. Already heavily populated area.
The significant environmental impact using green belt land (and the additional noise/air pollution if we have 1000s ofextra residents)
