Daily used for walking/exercise, lots of free walks - on the edge of socially deprived area, Physical and mental health. Green belt - unique to Warks and needs protecting. Will join Lillington/Cubbington, 2 separate distinct areas. No infrastructure, one main road already clogged into South of town to supermarkets etc. Already heavily populated area.
