heavily populated area already, no infrastructure, one main road into town/south of leamington where all the supermarkets/retail parks are. Already clogged. Limited schools/secondary - North Leamington will be hugely over subscribed. Pollution caused by yet more cars driving down one road. And loss of distinction between different areas of cubbington/lillington. We need to protect all of our green belt - not downgrade it to build on.
